Today my wife and I closed on our home. It was our first home and the process and requirements in order to purchase a home were new to both my wife and I. Beth and Vince showed a genuine interest and concern in finding us the right home. It was always about finding the right house for my wife and I and if I needed assistance, she was very quick about her responses. It was difficult because I am currently deployed, but Beth and Vince were persistent and cooperative. I feel confident that my families well being was the number one priority in this entire process. She helped me save money and time by increasing her work load and referring credible and reliable businesses. There are not enough words on how outstanding Beth and Vince are. This was my first house buying experience and they made it flawless all the way up to signing my title. I didnt know it could be this easy. They were patient and kind! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I was overseas and everything was done when I arrived. My daughter and I listed our homes for sale with Beth and Vince. The professionalism they provided never ceased to exist. Their friendly manner made the process so easy and no stress to us. The timeliness of getting information and answers to us was always with a quick turn around time. They are very proactive with advertising and with holding open houses. My daughter was recommended to sell her house for over $20,000 less and told she would have to pay at least $9k out of her pocket by another realtor. So happy we found Beth and Vince. They priced her house well and hit the price on the mark with my daughter walking away with money in her pocket. A complete pleasure all the way around from the beginning to the end of the process with 2 house sales was nothing but Outstanding. They had my house under contract in a month. :) The personalities and the professionalism of this team truly live up to their name.

I recommend Vince and Beth if you're contemplating selling or purchasing a home. Theyre true professional and genuinely caring people. It won't always be as easy to sell your home as it was to sell mine, but you'd be hard pressed to find better Realtors. Vince and Beth came to our home and spent countless hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market and providing tons of info on comps in our area. When we saw the listing they generated, we were blown away. The listing looked amazing and drew a lot of interest. The second buyers that saw our property put in an offer. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home paid off for us. They also represented us in purchasing a home and I have to say they made the process painless for us. They were there for every step of the way. I can't stress enough how much my wife and I appreciate them. I highly recommend them!
