Vince was very helpful throughout the process of finding a home. He made sure to show all my options before I decided on a home. At times I felt like I was asking a lot, but he never made me feel that way and even went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied! I would recommend him 100% in helping find your forever home. He is very quick with responses and has all info ready in a timely matter. Even after purchasing my home he has helped a great amount and is very pleasant to work with. In my opinion, best real estate out there!

I cannot speak highly enough about Vince SKALSKI. I have purchased and sold many homes throughout the years, but never experienced the degree of professionalism, knowledge, and competence, as I did having Vince represent me with the recent sale of my condo in Ventnor, NJ. I interviewed three other Realtors prior to hiring Vince. He was heads and tails above the rest. While the other Realtors wanted me to put my condo on the market at a significantly lower sale price, Vince encouraged me to “go for it.” He sold my property within 45 days of, its listing date, and I got full asking price (which was $67,000 more than the other Realtors suggested that it be marketed for.
If you are considering selling your property, I strongly recommend Vince.
