As a Realtor® and Managing Broker, Vinece Pastor brings a wealth of real estate expertise, market knowledge and strategic support to her clients and the talented group of Realtors® at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services RPA Realty. Vinece joined BHHS RPA Realty at Lake Oconee in early 2021. With her extensive knowledge of the current market, coupled with her background in finance and banking and a relentless drive to provide superior service, Vinece has created a loyal following among clients that have worked with her in the past. As a Broker, Vinece’s approach in delivering a Concierge level of service blends right in with the group at BHHS RPA Realty. From first time buyers to retirees looking for a dream home to families seeking multi-million dollar luxury lakefront homes, Vinece and the BHHS RPA group have a reputation for excellence in the Lake Oconee market.

Keeping in close touch, innovative problem solving, and researching best possible options for each client are central to Vinece’s approach. Vinece focuses extensively on each family she works with, understanding their priorities and their dreams. She specializes in luxury lakefront and golf communities within the Lake Oconee area.

Prior to launching her real estate career in 2015, Vinece spent over twenty years in executive level financial services roles. Vinece also comes from a real estate family with operations in real estate sales, custom home building and mortgage lending. Combining her experience in the corporate world and family businesses, Vinece brings a fresh approach towards meeting the real estate needs of her clients.

In recognition of her experience and presence in the market, Vinece was elected in 2018 to the Board of Directors for the Lake Country Board of Realtors® and served as the 2020 Board President. In 2018 Vinece was also appointed to the Board of Directors for the Greene County Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving.
Vinece and her husband Bill are members of Greensboro First United Methodist Church where she serves on the Missions Committee, the Annual Garage Sale Fundraiser and on the Welcome and Outreach Committee.
