Edge Realty was more than helpful in finding us a home. They was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great house that fit right in our price range! Vinette has been a valuable agent, especially as we looked to find our perfect home while we reside on the West Coast. She has done walk throughs, and neighborhood drive throughs to give us a sense of actually seeing it live. Juggling the familiar process of buying a home on the West Coast , and the differences involved in purchasing a home in GA, Vinette has turned this challenge into a very pleasant and unbelievably stress free process. She has negotiated on our behalf, regularly touched bases with our family and all those involved in the process. She never left us hanging, she faithfully responded to any and all questions we had. Vinette is a warm and thoughtful person. The type of personality that you need in a Realtor agent. She looks at the properties that she is showing you with great knowledge of the structural aspects of the home as well as interior design. I've purchased 3 homes in my lifetime and Vinette was the best. This is a tough market for purchasing a home, especially when I was representing my brother as the buyer. I would recommend Vinette too all my family and friends.
