We were very fortunate to meet Violet as she showed us a home early on. We liked her so much, we asked her to be our agent to find the right home. Violet found properties that matched our needs, scheduled showings at our best times, got all the details that affected decisions, followed up promptly every time, coached us on finding our balance in bidding w a tight market and escalating interest rates , and provided great referrals for other services (good expert people). She was always focused on us being happy in the end, never pushed, pointed out problems when needed, had details and expertise on the entire process.
