Virgil Nethercott

Virgil Nethercott was born and raised in Jackson Hole, Wy and began his commercial real estate career in 2015 with a local commercial brokerage in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Virgil started brokering real estate investments in the residential sector in 2011. In addition to real estate, he was a Commercial Fire Alarm Designer in the State of Wyoming. Virgil specializes in Mobile Home parks and NNN investments in Idaho and Wyoming. He has closed over $11 million in transactions in 2018 and $20 million in the last two years.
In March of 2019, he received his Wyoming Real Estate License and became appointed with Jackson Hole Sotheby's International Realty, where he would continue his work in the CRE Investment market.
In August of 2019, Virgil achieved his Brokers license from the State of Idaho and began his own Commercial Real Estate brokerage.
Mr. Nethercott is a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager), the designation is among the most sought after that less than 6% of commercial real estate professionals receive.
Having been in many complex commercial real estate transactions, he has access to many contacts and networks that seek these types of investments.
Advertisement of these investments can come in many forms (signs, online, word of mouth, etc.) discreet sales can be accomplished to keep neighbors and tenants from knowing about impending sales.
Virgil's experience goes much more in-depth than the brokering of CRE Investments. In December of 2018, he acquired a Mobile Home Community in Southern Idaho with stabilization and value add strategy. In owning a CRE investment, he understands not only the brokering side of a transaction but also the owner's side of a deal and what work that entails after the purchase. Virgil oversees the management of over 30 residential rentals and several Commercial office NNN leases.
