You need Virgilio as your agent! In a market like San Diego, it's so important to have the right agent to get the deal done! Virgilio went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be ANY more grateful! Virgilio Felix is an incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy realtor. My husband and I were connected to him recently and within 2 weeks of meeting Virgilio, we were in escrow on our first home!

Virgilio works well with first time home buyers and explains the process in a way that is easy to understand. He gives incredible advice and knows how to make offers that stand out in this market. Unlike other Realtors that may be slow to respond, Virgilio is super responsive and is always available via text, call or email. He works extremely hard because he is passionate about helping each client accomplish their goal and get into a home they love.

He made the lending and inspection process easy because of his consistent communication. I'm so thankful God allowed our paths to cross with Virgilio. He's quickly becoming a family friend, and we have no doubt we'll be returning to him for our future real estate needs.

If you are trying to own a home in Southern California, Virgilio is the best there is!

Not many people have the opportunity to go through the home buying experience, which is why it is so important to find the right person to help you when you are ready to purchase property. As a recent first time home buyer, I can confidently say that Virgilio is a real estate agent that you can trust to help navigate you through the home buying process. He was actually recommended to me by my sister-in-law (who he had previously helped purchase her first home as well). One of the best things about Virgilio is his work ethic. He is always available by phone/email to answer your questions/concerns. If things are still unclear, he will actively seek out more information for you. I cannot recommend him enough. Being first time home buyers with limited budget, Virgilio was able to get the price of our new home reduced by $34,000. This was HUGE for my wife and I and our 10 month old son. I don't think we could've gotten that discount working with anyone else. There are many realtors you can work with but very few have an appraisers eye as Virgilio. As we were shopping for homes, Virgilio was able to get into the details of each home and point out potential issues as we walked through them. You'll want someone detail oriented as you don't want to discover issues when you're already in Escrow. My wife and I really appreciate his honesty and integrity through out the process. Like I said, there are many realtors to choose from but very few can help you get a huge discount and also have the deep knowledge of home construction/design that Virgilio clearly has! We are so grateful for his help and would recommend Virgilio without a doubt!

Holy cow, Virg is the man! My fiancé and I moved to SD, and began the process of buying a house. We met with a lot of realtors during our first weeks here, and just kept coming back to Virgilio. He was so knowledgeable, genuine, hard-working, and just straight up honest about the buying process. He answered my every panicked text, kept us on track with everything, and gave us some amazing referrals to other contractors/inspectors/builders/landscapers throughout the city. The best part is that, as a buyers agent, he didn't charge us anything! (sellers pay those fees in SD). Every single randomly timed visit or inspection we wanted to do, he just made it happen. He's just a fantastic guy, and we cannot recommend him enough. We will 100% be calling him back to be our seller agent whenever we end up selling in the future.

Virgilio helped us out tremendously!! We purchased our home site unseen from VA while transferring to CA. Virgilio made the process easy and simple and fought for us to get what we wanted without having to spend more than we wanted as well. I HIGHLY recommend Virgilio and the expert team that he works with to purchase your next property! We would not have been able to find a great home in CV without his help!
