Virginia Freeman

Ginnie has always been interested in real estate and the housing market and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2008. During the last 14 years, she has had the pleasure of assisting home buyers and sellers within the Greenville, SC area and buyers relocating from other areas. Her passion is connecting a person or family to a particular home, and she prides herself in not stopping until she finds the “perfect fit” for her clients. Ginnie is well versed in traditional home sales, new construction, retirement/low maintenance living, homes with land, and foreclosures. Her expertise in locating homes, negotiating contracts, and closing the deal will make your home buying process a smooth one. She grew up in Winston-Salem, NC and moved to Greenville in 1994 to attend Furman University. Ginnie graduated in 1998 with a degree in Health and Exercise Science and taught physical education and coached cross country from 1999-2004. She has been married to her husband Scott for 15 years and they have three children (17,16, and 12yrs). She enjoys running and swimming in her free time and their family can usually be found in Clemson on football Saturdays in the fall and on the baseball field in the Spring!
