Since 1988, I have been a successful real estate professional, specializing in North Orange County. In 1991, I earned the highly acclaimed Graduate of Realtors Institute(GRI) Professional Designation. In the same year, I also received an award for being a member of Real Estate's Top 5% Leading Edge Society with Merrill Lynch Realty. In 2004 and 2005, I received the Masters Award for my performance with Century 21 Discovery. Currently, I am a member of the National Association of realtors, the California Association of realtors, and the Pacific West Association of realtors. In 2013, I became a Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist (CREIP) to assist people's investment properties and 1031 Exchange. In the same year, I received a Pacesetter Platinum Award for Outstanding Sales Achievement and Performance from Century 21 Discovery.
