Born and raised in Palo Alto, she grew up in a family that owned a wholesale flower business in San Francisco and Half Moon Bay, where she learned the values of efficiency, service, and lasting client relationships. Inspired by her father’s investments, Virginia developed an early passion for real estate that continues to guide her today.
Since moving to Napa Valley in 1991, Virginia and her husband have invested in residential, industrial, and commercial properties. She later joined Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley, where she quickly built a reputation for her integrity, compassion, and results. Her dedication has earned her repeated recognition in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, Sterling Society, and President’s Circle.
Today, Virginia partners with her son, Casey, as The Morse Group — a trusted mother-and-son real estate team. Together, they blend Virginia’s years of experience with Casey’s fresh perspective and community involvement, offering clients a well-rounded and dynamic advantage in today’s market.
When she’s not working with clients, Virginia enjoys gardening, hiking, and cheering on her grandsons at their sporting events.
