Virginia graduated from Wyoming Seminary Preparatory School, Kingston, PA. and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA. Virginia began her career with Mellon Bank’s Trust Division, Philadelphia and continued at PNC Bank in the Marketing and Sales Trust Division, Philadelphia.

Community minded, Virginia currently serves on the board of directors of Drexel University, Philadelphia, PA and The Black Horse Foundation, Inc. Virginia’s previously served on the board of Trustees for Kings College, Wilkes-Barre, PA, The Catholic Youth Center, WIlkes-Barre, PA and the Luzerne County Board of Realtors. Virginia was recognized by the Northeast business journal as a top 25 Woman in Business. Her leadership and community support was also recognized by the Times Leader honoring Virginia as a Distinctive Woman in Business.

Virginia resides in the Back Mountain with her husband Richard, President and CEO of Petroleum Service Company, Wilkes-Barre, Pa. The couple has two sons, Ricky, CEO, Mountain Productions, Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and Ronnie, Managing Director, Mountain Productions, Dublin, Ireland.
