I transitioned from MN to FL I. 2021. I found Virginia with Orlando Expert Realty on Zillow for a listing she had. I’ve been working with her for the past 2 plus years. She always responds and has helped me in so many ways. I highly recommend her and have even sent two friends to her who also were able to successfully find a beautiful home to live in

I found Virginia online many years ago when I wanted to set up a snowbird home base in FL… I live in the Northeast. Since I was and am still working, Virginia has been managing my townhouse ever since. I consider myself very fortunate to have come across her… she is a highly competent realtor AND a superb property manager. I have always had great cash flow with rental income and no problem that she cannot handle for me… landlord’s life is really easy with Virginia in charge… above all, she is a great human being.

If I could give her more stars, I would.

Virginia has helped me purchasing properties and has been one of my property managers for a while. She is very knowledgeable and very quick at addressing any issues from tenants or any concerns from me. Due to an outstanding service I have been receiving, if in the future I plan to buy a property or would like somebody to manage a property in Central Florida, she will definitely be one of the agents that would be on my short list.

Orlando Expert Realty ( This property management company) Virginia is managing my 3 properties in Orlando, Fl for the past 10 + years and provided exceptional service, resolving maintenance issues as soon as tenant requested for service, finding tenants as quickly as possible if property vacant , paying rents on time, keeping property safe and secure, I never got a single complaint from tenants for the past 1 decade.
In past 10 years I did visit couple of times the property area.
No worries any time, I felt safe and secure choosing Orlando Expert Reality as my property management company.

My wife and I would like to take the opportunity to express both gratitude and appreciation for the experience we had using Virginia Silberstein of Orlando Expert Realty. We highly recommend her, and hopefully, the following review helps readers understand why.
From our first discussion with Virginia, long before we decided to list our property, we had many questions. Thoughts on price, timing, sales strategy, etc. Virginia helped answer (or get answers) to our questions and never once applied pressure on us to list right away. We were able to conduct our due diligence and get comfortable about our timing without added stress.
We took several months to get our heads around selling, and when we reached out to Virginia, the process of landing on a selling price and related paperwork was a straightforward exercise. Virginia was very thorough at this early stage and every stage after that. She meticulously documented the enhancements we had made to the property since buying it and provided valuable insight and guidance on how to stage our home effectively. I must admit that we resisted some of her recommendations at first; after all, this was our home, and we should know how to present it best. That said, we had an epiphany that if we saw Virginia as an expert, we would be foolish not to let go and allow her to do her thing. In the end, that proved to be the right decision as our home showed beautifully and the positive comments from the showings were plentiful.
We pressed Virginia before giving her our listing on what her approach to our home's marketing would look like. She promised high-quality photography, video as well as a 3D tour. To say we were impressed with the quality of what was put together (including the printed brochure) would be an understatement. All of the digital and printed material was terrific.
As for the selling process, we sold our home in a challenging environment due to COVID-19. While we were excited it was a seller's market, we were nervous at the same time as we did not want unnecessary exposure to the risk of having folks view our home in person. Virginia did an excellent job of insisting on the use of masks and providing hand sanitizer. She even successfully sold our home without the need for an open house, something we were apprehensive about.
Even though we were in a seller's market, our first and second accepted offers fell apart for differing reasons. Virginia never gave up and did a great job of keeping us positive throughout the challenging experience. We sold our home on the third accepted offer, and Virginia's attention to detail and process orientation ensured the transaction stayed on track.
We are very grateful to have met and used Virginia and would highly recommend you engage with her if you are considering selling or buying a home. Thank you, Virginia, for absolutely everything, and we wish you continued success.

We honestly can’t say enough positive things about Silberstein. It all can be summed up with the keys to having a great Real Estate agent which is top notch marketing, responsive agent, professionalism, and ability to sell. She hits the top mark on all four categories and we were blessed to have had her as our representative. She was honest with us on what it would take to sell the home and would recommend her to anyone who’s looking to list their home.

What we can tell you is that we went through a rough client who was selfish and quite honestly a nightmare to deal with. He chose a poor lender who lied to all of us about the status of the loan and on top of that was a very unreasonable person to deal with till the end. But Virginia hung tough and picked her battles and went above and beyond to help close the deal even when things looked bleak. Thank you Virginia!

A must-read review:
Virginia helped us by our new house. We have been in it for 2 weeks now and have had time to digest this whole process. This purchase would have never happened without her. This was a tough one for starters because it was a VA loan. Those are always challenging and it takes a realtor with tenacity to see them all the way through. On top of that, we were dealing with all the particulars regarding the covid-19 crisis. Virginia stayed on top of every player in the game including my loan reps, title agents, insurance carrier, home inspectors, surveyors, and the sellers realty team. Because of the steadfastness that Virginia displayed, we were able to close at the perfect time and leaving no gap from one house to the other. I cannot ever imagine hiring another company for all things real estate. Kudos to Hannah as well who is part of Virginia's team. Her professionalism and trustworthiness is second to none. I recommend Orlando Expert Realty without reservation. If 10 Stars could be given, Orlando Expert Realty would merit it.

Virginia Sold our house within a week of listing it. Virginia has a tremendous network of buyers and agents that count on her for her listings. She’s extremely responsive and professional with her clients and agents. Besides taking her business very seriously, Virginia becomes a friend and loves to help people in general.
