Virginia is the best agent ever. She's extremely knowledgeable of real estate market trends keeping me abreast of area comps throughout the LA metro and she was diligent in scouting out prospective properties ahead of time giving me a report of her findings prior to me visiting prospective properties. Virginia was also a key advisor assisting me through the loan/escrow process ensuring that all of my required escrow docs were in place and passed muster. Virginia is highly responsive and she goes above and beyond the call of duty making sure that her clients real estate needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend Virginia to anyone interested in purchasing home as she is truly a pleasure to work with and has her clients best interest at heart.
