Selling my home of 25 years, where I raised my children, was an emotional experience. After working with my son and daughter with the purchase and sale of their homes, I knew she was the best choice. Virginia was understanding and kept me focused on the goal of selling the home. We hit a couple of bumps in the road that she immediately resolved, and provided me with all of the assistance and guidance needed to walk me through the process. Virginia was simply the best to work with for a variety of reasons. I’m a first time home buyer and she did a great job walking me through the process and what to expect. Virginia kept me well informed throughout the process. She very clearly went above and beyond with her work and making sure everything was going smoothly. There was a lot of steps in the process since repairs were wanted by my wife and I and she facilitated with perfection the negotiation of the repairs to the sellers realtor and equally important found contractors do get the work done and to get it done timely. We moved from out of state and was even kind enough to make sure our air mattress ordered from Amazon was inflated and ready to crash into after our long flight. I don’t think I can express enough how caring of a person Virginia is and has an amazing work ethic that would rival the best of us. I truly from the bottom of my heart am so grateful for her and what she has done for my wife and I. I would strongly recommend her as a realtor.

This was my first home purchase. I knew absolutely nothing about the process or what to expect. Virginia helped every step of the way. She was able to break down payments at every showing so that I could make a decision on if it would work for my budget. She would meet last minute for a showing if something came up that I wanted to see. I couldn’t imagine ever using anyone else for my home buying or selling needs! Thank you, Virginia!!!

Virginia came highly recommended by 6 close friends of ours. The hype is real! My experience was above and beyond my expectations. She was very knowledgeable and had a fantastic team, that took care of every detail from the interior design consultant to documentation specialist and photographer. The showings were handled in such a professional and timely manner that we did not feel inconvenienced. She also sold our house in one weekend which was amazing. I highly recommend her to any of our family and friends. We literally did not have to worry about a thing during the closing process, she handled everything all we had to do was give her our expectations and she met them. She sold our home for more then what we asked for and we can’t thank her enough! She was a blessing to us!
