Virginia was absolutely wonderful and found us an incredible home and neighborhood in Chapin. Thank you so much, Virginia! She showed us homes on the weekends and helped make our two small children (2 and 4) feel right at ease. One day we stopped for our children to get a snack -- she didn't rush us at all. She really listened to our needs, gave us options, answered numerous phone calls and text messages very quickly and make our experience very enjoyable. We highly recommend Virginia for your real estate needs. She has even helped us after we have moved into our home with questions. When Virginia says no stress, she really means it and will help to make the process as smooth as possible.

Virginia was outstanding during the whole process. Sold the house in less than a week. Gave us realistic numbers and did EVERYTHING that needed to be done; went to several inspections, met contractors to get estimates and went back to oversee work. Very personable to me and the buyer. She is new to real estate but not new to business or customer service. Couldn't be happier.
