Vivan Ainis

Vivan was born in Lakewood and raised in Long Beach. Vivan became part of the community at an early age playing in competitive golf representing Long Beach for the Southern California junior golf association and also at Millikan High school on the Men’s Varsity Golf Team. She graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science Degree with a Full Scholarship for Division I Women’s UCLA Golf Team. After graduating from UCLA, Vivan traveled and competed on two professional golf tours around the world for the next few years in her life.

After retiring from the professional sport she moved back to her Long Beach roots to begin her successful career in the Real Estate industry. Vivan becomes highly involved and passionate with her clients in their home buying and selling needs. Not only does Vivan become the clientele’s most trusted advisor throughout the process, but she also becomes a friend ready to help out at any time. Having been in the business for a few years, Vivan is able to easily guide her clients through any situation. In the end, her clients finish having the highest confidence and the best experience in their real estate transactions.

Vivan is a loving mother and wife to her husband and two young children. She enjoys outdoor adventures with the family and devoting her time to her passion to help people pursue their goals in real estate.
