Vivian came to Calaveras County with her husband from the San Francisco Bay Area in 2005. Her background includes education and work experience in title, escrow, real estate sales and auctions. She has held real estate licenses in California and Arizona since 1988. She concentrates her efforts on residential home sales for first time and repeat home buyers, specializing in golf course properties, luxury homes, cabins in Arnold, acreage and ranches. She works with many buyers relocating to Calaveras County and is adept at tours of the entire county and its many amenities and neighborhoods.
Vivian has a strong marketing background and is very much a seller’s agent. Ask for her comprehensive marketing proposal and price analysis if you are interested in selling your property. She utilizes Internet and Social Media as a large part of her marketing techniques.
A big part of her day to day work includes commercial sales and leasing. Vivian was instrumental in the Calaveras County Association of Realtors© adding commercial lease listings to their Multiple Listing Service in 2007 and is passionate and knowledgeable about this side of the business.
She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Management. She is a Board Member of the Angels Camp Business Association and a Board Member of Destination Angels Camp
