Vivian is very patient and thorough when reviewing listings with us. She showed us exactly what was in out price range and location. Vivian devotes as much time to lower prices listings as she does with the multi-million dollar condos and homes.

I want to tell anyone who may be looking for a truly kind, understanding, knowledgeable and dedicated Realtor you need to call Vivian. She help us through some hard sells with our two condo's on the beach. She came up with these to help the buyers purchase our units , that NO one else did and It worked! Really we don't know what we would have done without her. I also now have gained a great friend as well.
