She is an excellent realtor. Working really hard for looking what her client really wants.
I sold and bought my house at the same time though her. At that time, I had 3 3year-old kids and everything was not easy to going though all this buying and selling stuff. If I didn't have her as my realtor it would been so much harder.

She came to estimate my old house before we post it on line. She suggested what to fix and update. After all, we got the highest price offer. I really think if I had different a realtor, I would've not able to sell the house at that price range. In the mean time, we were driving together to buy a house. She worked so hard and contacted me diligently. She helped me to fine a dream home.

If you want a realtor who really care about what u want, go with her. Vivian is the excellent realtor in the north bergen New Jersey area.

I have never dealt with anybody in any industry that truly puts thier clients interests first like Vivian does. Her commitment to excellence makes working with her a pleasure. I feel as though Vivian saved me thousands of dollars and helped navigate me through a difficult transaction. Vivian was a awesome agent. She is a great listener and knows what the needs our her clients are. She responded to our requests promptly all the time. She is extremely knowledgable of her work and was always willing to offer her time to us whenever we had questions or concerns. Vivian is the consummate professional. She is a clear communicator and knows what she is doing. On top of that she is just a wonderful person to work with. Full of energy and good attitude, she never let's a deal get the better of her. She makes the most of every situation and never lets anything slow her down.
