Vivian Manila

I am Vivian Manila and doing business as Vibo Homes in the surrounding communities of Killeen, Fort Hood, Harker Heights, Belton, Nolanville, Temple, Salado, Copperas Cove, Kempner, Lometa, Jarell, Georgetown, Round Rock, New Braunfels and all other areas of Central Texas counties like Bell, Coryell, Comal and Williamson.

With my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation, I am honored to be a trusted real estate advisor for Military families around my community by assisting and providing them valuable information on their home buying and selling needs. As a surviving spouse of a disabled veteran, I know their struggles and challenges.

My background in the medical field landed me to a glorious career in diagnostics and pharmaceutical sales that sharpened my negotiation and leadership skills. I received the ROCHE Diagnostics District Manager of the Year award in 2003 and 2004 in the Philippines prior to embarking on the pharmaceutical industry in Dubai.

In my younger years, I loved to serve in the community where I grew up by volunteering in Philippine National Red Cross (PNRC) activities and participating in Operation Smile International (OSI) medical mission. Now, I offer the same dedication with utmost commitment to my real estate clients.

My other passion as an Interior Designer led me to venture in real estate (Vibo homes). With the motivation and excellent support of my newest brokerage family (EXIT Homevets Realty), will enable me to pursue a vision of building a charitable institution here at Central Texas in the near future.
