We sincerely feel so lucky to come across Vivian Young, a super professional real estate agent. Without her, we wouldnt be able to have purchased our dream house.
We have been on the housing market for 2 years since 2019. Given that we have only very limited budget, all agents we ever worked with suggested us buying either a condo or a townhouse. I know that is reasonable advice, but deep down we just found it reluctant to give up our dream to have a single family house. Our hope dimmed even further after seeing the crazy surge in housing price in 2021. But everything pivoted to a positive direction after we came across Vivian at an open house. She's the seller agent, her expertise and convicing judgement on the housing market impressed us. Later, she gave us lots of valuable advice even if back then she was not even our buyer agent. When we have questions, the answers she provides are clear and straighforward, not equivocal ones.
2021 Sept, she recommended us a house which is new, bright, big, in good zone and with good schools. Estimates on the house from other agents, redfin, zillow were all well beyond our budget. But Vivian reasoned we might have a chance. We do like the house and decided to give it a shot. At that time, the bidding war over houses was like CRAZY. We didnt expect AT ALL we could get the house. But Vivian works like a magician. She successfully persuaded the seller agent that we were the best buyer for their house, even our offer was lower than others'. It's still a mystery to us how Vivian pulled it off. But she really nailed it, and we surprisingly got the house~! And when people learnt the price we paid, they were also like "WoW, that's an unbelievable good deal~!"
But that's only the first step. The steps coming next were more convoluted. Vivian hand hold us through each and every one of them, turning everything as easy as they can. From taking loan, to reviewing and signing all kinds of papers, to fixing issues with the house, to moving, to starting utility services, internet service, and so on, she has a team to help us take care of all sorts of things. Her team turned the complicated procedure a dummy-proof one. And you can tell, her team members all like working with her. During the entire course, she's been so reponsive and patient. As a first time buyer, we were so excited as well as nervous. Early in the morning, late at night, rain or shine, anxious ideas sprung out of our minds. She would always gave us timely answers and supports to ease our anxiety.
After one month time, we finally got the keys in our hands. Thinking back,
Vivian really provided us so much help. She is smart, professional, efficient, and diligent, and has lots of connections to make things easier. We trust her and strongly recommend her.

Vivian Young was my buying agent when I bought a home at Fremont. She is really responsive, professinal, cheerful and into details when closing the deal for me. Would like to wish her all the best for the future. If any help required in real estate, my mind thinks about her as the first choice :)

I’d highly recommend Vivian as a real estate agent to anyone seriously interested in selling or buying a home. She patiently listened to my needs, explained the entire selling process, and laid out a plan that matched my expectations. Vivian provided a detailed market analysis and made suggestions based on her experience. She recommended good contractors and managed all the staging activities, and we were able to sell the house quickly and at the highest price in our neighborhood. Buying a house in the Bay area could be frustrating, especially for the newcommers to the state. It has been delightful while working with Vivian. She is always on time, stays as long as we would like during the house-visits, and patiently answers all our questions like an old friend. She is quite familiar with Fremont and we learned a lot from her. My wife said it was her who brought us the luck in the end.
