Born and raised in Sacramento. Graduated from Kennedy High School and California State University, Sacramento attaining a Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice. Retired after a 30-year distinguished career in law enforcement. Retired Associate Warden - San Quentin Prison.

Resided in Granite Bay since 1996. My sons attended elementary schools and graduated from Granite Bay High School. Spent many years working the 'streets' of Sacramento and surroundings areas. I know the neighborhoods.
