Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Viyan Ali was very professional as well as personal ! We was quite nervous about the process of selling my first house, considering I was overseas for the entire process. Viyan walked me through step-by-step, made sure I knew what to expect, and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiations. And she got the house for us under contract in less than 48 hours. Viyan moved fast as houses were flying off the market !She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair,and most importantly, Viyan has treated us with that special touch of making us feel as if we were her only clients, while we knew that she was busy working with other clients as well. That is truly commendable! She Is Very Down To Earth She Know’s What She’s doing !I cannot recommend her highly enough.
