I was born in the Ukraine and moved to Orange, Connecticut, when I was 6 years old. I graduated from Amity High School. I graduated from Quinnipiac University. I met my husband Tom, in Mallorca Spain, a beautiful romantic island in the Mediterranean Sea. Presently, we live in Tidelands Estates with our two pugs. Our sons come to visit when they can. One son is a Major in the Air Force and lives in Hawaii the other lives and works in Thailand.

I worked in the medical field for over ten years, and then entered the Real Estate arena. I chose to work with Real Living/Palm West Home Realty because of the location of one of their offices in the Hammock area. Working closely with clients who are looking for second homes or investment properties in gated communities and being part of the Real Living Elegant Home Team, I can service my sellers and buyers looking for luxury residences easily and with positive results from this convenient location.

Since my move, I have earned my (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute certificate and my Real Estate Negotiator certification, moving me to a level highly recognized within the industry as a Real Estate Professional, and expert in selling luxury properties. My past customers have supported me and this year I earned Premier Service diamond Elite Award. This is an award given only to the top 1/2 percent of the top 1% of all Real Living Realtors. This is Real Living's highest recognition for customer service.

I earned my (SRES) Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I am qualified to assist seniors in housing sales and purchases. Selling a senior's home is different and more complicated due to the number of unique issues that are involved with later-in-life Real Estate transactions. I have a team of specialists such as estate planners, CPAs and eldercare lawyers who are familiar with the local community, resources and services. Our mission is to help seniors and their families "navigate the maze of financial, legal and emotional issues that accompany selling and/or buying a home."

I believe that staging your property to sell is critical. Most of my properties sell quickly and for a high price.....that is why I was the 26th top producer in Flagler county, out of over 900 Realtors in 2015.
