Von is the best! I started working with him in February 2024 and finally closed on the perfect house in June. I live in California and he made himself available to show me homes in person when I was visiting (mostly weekends) and showed me several homes via FaceTime. Throughout the process I never once felt pressured by Von to make a decision, he was patient and reliable the entire time. He was happy to show my any home I was curious about, gave me great candid advice, introduced me to well priced and thorough inspectors/engineers, and was a perfect guide through the buying process. I would recommend him to anyone and I am looking forward to working with him in the future.

Von was excellent to work with to help my wife and I find and close on a triplex in Saint Pete. He is very knowledgeable of the saint pete area and of what makes a good rental property deal. He was also extremely helpful coordinating with all the parties involved during the closing process. We will continue to use Von for finding future rental property investments.

Von did a great job on my purchase. Hung in there with me looking over a longer time period and helped me focus on condo vs home, and the pros and cons of each. He knows the key watchouts in FL real estate, and knows the neighborhoods here well too.

We met Von at a house he was showing for his client. We asked him if we could talk with him about helping us find a house to buy. He was very, very knowledgeable kind and most of all he knows Managment, construction and so he was just perfect for us. We very much recommend him and we will use him to help us fine our next investment property. We have become friends.

There are many upsides of local patronage, what interests me most when it comes to local businesses is an extra focus on quality that simply cannot be met with the increased scale of a larger business. Von fits the bill. He knows the St. Pete market and as a new resident in St. Pete, I had lots of questions. He patiently answered them all and was always available to help. Von explained everything very clearly. He provided lots of great advice and access to a network of experienced professionals.

I am very happy that I decided to work with Von. I highly recommend him!!
