Voss was raised in the Gallatin Valley since the age of 4. She graduated from Bozeman Senior High School in 1987. She migrated to Texas A&M for a year, then graduated from the University of Montana in Missoula in 1991. Voss has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Marketing.

Voss has consistently been a top producer with Keller Williams Montana Realty both locally and regionally earning bronze, silver, gold, and platinum awards throughout the years. She specializes in residential resale, land development, subdivision lot sales and new construction.
