We just purchased a house with the help of Vyvyan, and she was very professional during the process. Everything went smooth with the seller and their agent. Vyvyan was able to negotiate $200k off the asking price within a few hours by talking to the seller's agent. From there she made sure we knew about all of the paperwork that needed to sign during the loan process. Finally received the key on August 24, 2021. We will definitely higher Vyvyan for all of our real-estate needs,

I luckily had chances to work with Vyvyan twice on my primary and rental property purchasing.
Vyvyan is extremely responsive and supportive. She researched comps carefully before giving me any advise on pricing.
She provided pros and cons of the houses and never pushed me for offering.
More than that, whenever I have questions after closing our house, something like how to transfer water/electricity/utilities to the new owner or giving me the contact number if the house needs some minor repairs, she was willing to help as well.
Highly recommended!

Vyvyan is very knowledgeable, reliable and responsive. She guided us through every step to purchase our rental house. In a competitive market, she set herself apart by being honest to advise us on what we should put in a reasonable offer based on the true condition of the property, and advise us not to go forward if she sensed the property was not going to worth our investment. She was patient with us for 2 months to finally find a good deal and negotiate with the seller to save us even more! Her service didn’t end after we closed the deal, but she went above and beyond to offer her advices on tenant screening and property management so we can navigate the rental market stress-free and take care of the property on our own. Our family would like to thank Vyvyan and her team for dedication and professionalism. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs!

I am a first-time buyer and new in Sacramento. I do have many questions on the transaction. Vyvyan is very helpful. She responded my questions very fast. She recommended me not to buy some properties with specific reasons because she understands the location. Finally, I found a suitable house and we won an offer. Vyvyan has been amazing from start to finish. As a first time home buyer, I had TONS of questions about the entire process. She kept us informed and educated on the whole process and answered all of the questions we had along the way. She was very responsive and quick to answer my questions.
