Waddell Wright

Wright is a licensed broker and general contractor in Tennessee. He also holds a broker’s license in Florida. Waddell embarked on his real estate career in 1996 while in college, studying finance and marketing. Before starting W. Wright and Co. Limited Liability Corporation, headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, he served in capital markets and the investment services group of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker and Cassidy Turley.

A licensed real estate professional for 24 years, he has expertise in land acquisition, analysis, entitlement, development, construction, leasing, and exit strategies for commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

Wright is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a CPM (Certified Property Manager). He served as the president of the IREM Nashville chapter and serves as the IREM representative on the NAR Federal Finance and Housing Policy Committee.
