Wade began his career in Minnesota, where he spent 20 years specializing in residential mortgage lending and title services. Inspired by the Southwest Florida lifestyle, Wade and his family relocated to the Fort Myers area in 2012.

Driven by his passion for real estate, Wade was captivated by the local market and its distinctive communities. Wade earned his degrees in Business Administration from Univ. Of Illinois and Business/Managerial Economics from the Univ. of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He is an active member of the Realtors Association, where he chairs the Government Affairs Committee, which advocates for homeowner's rights.

Wade enjoys golf, boating, and the magnificent beaches of the Paradise Coast with his wife and daughter. They volunteer at Habitat for Humanity and the Harry Chapin Foundation.

Having bought numerous homes, we were the seller this time. This was a bit tricky as this was the sale of my in laws house. We are out of state, so that was another layer of difficulty. Wade was on everything we needed.

What I appreciated most was their prompt communication and willingness to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial. Wade provided valuable insights into the local market, helping me make informed decisions. Wade’s negotiation skills were impressive, and he managed to sell and close on our home within 45 days.
