Wade Allen

As President of Lee & Associates Charleston, Wade is responsible for creating and executing the company business strategy in collaboration with the firm’s Principals and shareholders. The President’s leadership oversight includes recruiting high caliber talent, developing associates to their maximum potential, financial oversight, corporate engagement, managing company legal requirements and growing multiple business lines within defined markets. Wade is a 35-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry with significant experience in brokerage transactions, property and asset management, as well as the construction and development of multiple asset types. His career roles have included both owner/occupier responsibility and real estate service provider relationship management. He was the Director
of Real Estate for The Coca-Cola Company and his other former employers and clients include Siemens, SunTrust Bank, AFCE, Trammell Crow Company, CBRE, Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, Iron Mountain and Wells Fargo.

As a result of Wade’s diverse experience, he brings a “big picture” perspective of commercial real estate. His “full cycle” knowledge of strategy, transaction execution, project development, construction and facility operation enable Lee & Associates to provide greater support to our clients. His familiarity with office, retail, industrial and institutional assets benefit our team and clients. Wade’s multiple leadership roles include responsibilities in the local Charleston area, the state and southeast region. He is very involved and committed to community service. He currently serves and has served many organizations through board appointments including Clemson University, Camp Twin Lakes, Charleston Regional Development Alliance, Downtown Athletic Club and LifePark Church. Spending time with his large and growing family is a priority. A huge sports enthusiast and musician, he enjoys participating in numerous sports activities, watching a competitive game and being part of a local band.
