He was always available when we needed him, returned calls promptly and worked his schedule to fit when we could go and look at properties. From the very first day we met Wade, we were impressed with him. He was very polite and personable. He not only knew about the houses we were looking at, but he also knew about the neighborhood we were looking in. He was able to tell us if the home had a solid structure or not. Because of his construction background, he was able to tell us if something was worth putting the effort into it or not. He did all that and still let us make the final decision. He was available to us when ever we wanted him to be. He showed us every home we wanted to oook at and if we did not lije the neighborhood, he just took us to the next house.
