He’s passionate about team-building and professional development, recruiting the industry’s best talent and giving them the tools for success. Focused primarily on growing the business and enhancing the client experience, he loves “sharpening the saw”: improving processes to make the business a little better each day. Wade is also committed to enhancing the lives of the Copper Builders team personally, challenging them towards growth, financial freedom, and becoming experts in their craft. He founded Copper Builders to create a family of driven professionals who share the same work ethic and can be trusted to do a great job, every step of the way.
