Wally began his career in real estate in 1992. He started with Americana Group Realty BH& G, now Prudential Americana Group, quickly being asked to help manage the company. After 17 years of leading a nationally-ranked real estate office, he moved to Keller Williams as the CEO/Team Leader. Wally also managed a Coldwell Banker office in Northern Nevada where he increased overall production and recruiting by 45%. Wally also has spent 10 years active duty in the United States Air Force, and 11 years in the Air Force Reserve. Retired USAF after 21 years.
