I reached out to Wally last year beginning of summer looking at homes to purchase. I wasn't quite ready and decided to wait a year and start looking again. The next year I reached out to him again and asked if he would still be able to help in my search. He was more than happy to assist and I started to look at houses in my desired area. I was extremely impressed with Mr. Gilmour.
As a first time home buyer, I had many questions in regard to the process and the needed steps I need to take in order to buy a house. He answered everything super quick and super accurate. He was very pro-active - supplying me with information and new house leads. Scheduling viewings was a breeze - always quick and professional. I bombarded him with all sorts of questions - from what should I look for in a house - and what is good or a bad choice for a home. He was very informative and he did not disappoint me at all - super happy with service.
If there was rating bigger than 5 stars - I would give em that in an instant!!!
