After coming to this country with his parents at an early age of 5 and settling in Olney where he spent his earlier life, he went to Cardinal Dougherty High School and then on to La Salle University where he gained his degree in Economics.

Spending a large part of his working life with Germantown Savings Bank before its demise, he gained his wealth of knowledge on mortgage and foreclosure work where he held the position of Manager.

He is specialized in REO and distressed properties and has had many successful transactions in Philadelphia and Delaware County. His knowledge of Title/Foreclosure & Bankruptcy laws, together with municipal codes, construction techniques and standards, is second to none. He possesses a network of contractors for securing/boarding/clean-out repairs and eviction services, which enables him to provide a full service for the liquidation of non-performing assets.
