As a Realtor myself, I am extra critical and look for perfection. Walter more than meets my expectations. You are lucky to have him representing you in the marketplace. The Villages is a very unusual market as the developer holds a large share of the market making it difficult for the average agent to satisfy a customer. Walter, however, has come up with a way of ensuring that his customers are fully informed on both the developers listings and the MLS listings and navigating his customers through whichever system their chosen house come from.
