Walter is “top shelf” in real estate. “It is never crowded on the extra mile” but you will always find Walter there. He goes above and beyond. Besides his integrity and work ethic, he has a genuine love of people. For example, when I was ready to hand over my property to a family, he discovered a massive bee hive that he personally dismantled (I don’t recommend trying this yourself) to make sure the family was safe. He is punctual, knowledgeable and bilingual (Spanish) to boot. Real estate is a very tough and competitive business, but with Walter, things will be easy. He is a wonderful
person and professional. His name is Walter Florian, but it should be Walter Glorian or Walter Delorian because he will make your real estate experience glorious and speedy!

First off let me say that if your looking to buy a home sell a home WALTER is your answer!!! 2018 my dad and i was looking for a new home and decided to look in suffolk county ny. we came across walter and this was smooth process , walter was very professional and very knowledgeable about the market and the homes we saw. we closed on a beautiful home and couldnt be happier!! Fast forward 2020 my dad unfortunately passed away i felt lost and didnt even know where to start because i knew i didnt want to keep the home if my dad wasnt there it was too emotional for me .After sitting trying to think things through i finally said to myself wait let me call walter back since he helped us with buying our first home . Let me say this was the BEST choice i made ! Not only did walter sell my home in a timely matter her as there every step of the way and assisted me with so many things without hesitation!! literally everything if i needed help or inquired about a situation I wasnt sure about walter had a answer solution and references. I was so broken by my dads death and walter took alot of my load and worries off my back! it was like he was my big brother! he is so genuine and professional its mind blowing!! walter is not your average realtor!! Oh and on top of everything walter didnt charge me extra money for none of the extra things he helped me with! Even after i offered to pay extra walter refused my money! even if its a while i surely check in with walter just to say hi to him and his wife gina they are AMAZING and i cant thank walter enough!!! After owning my home for over 20 years in Mastic Beach I never thought it would be possible to sell in the condition it was in. I was tired of renting and dealing with tenants. I wanted somebody who knew the area and Walter was it! As soon as I met him I knew the house was going to get sold at the price I needed to walk away. Always calls back when needed and also shows up on site for every issue. He’s also very knowledgeable in general contracting. Plumbing issue? Call Walter. Leak in the roof?
