I am life long resident of New York. I have lived in Centereach, Farmingville, Medford, Woodside, Astoria, Jackson Heights, Massapequa, Elmont and Floral Park. I have Summered in the Hamptons, Montauk, on Fire Island and Greenport. I have attended Suffolk Community College, Stony Brook University, and Hofstra University. I have commuted on the LIRR into Manhattan for over 15 years. I have a network of friends, family and professionals that reach every corner of Nassau, Suffolk and Queens.

Walter is helping me locate investment properties in the Centereach area. He has been very patient and at times kept me from being an overzealous buyer. In one case, he discouraged me from making an offer that he knew was overpriced and it would be difficult to get a bank to appraise at the agreed upon value. The person who did make an offer had the deal fall apart at the financing stage because of that exact issue. The search is not over, but he has been extremely knowledgeable about the area and very responsive to all of my questions. I am certain that I will find what I'm looking for with Walter's assistance. I will update this review when the process is complete.

Walter recently gave us a free valuation consultation of our home. We had a good idea of how much we planned on listing it for after reviewing recent sales in our area. Walter made some very helpful suggestions on improvements we could make to ensure the best price possible when we're ready. We are in the process of making those improvements and plan on listing with Walter as soon as they are finished. Walter has an amazing understanding of the market in our area and we are confident in his abilities.
