Walter Niebling

Wally is a lifelong resident of the New Jersey Shore and lives locally with his wife and two young boys. Raised in Bay Head, Wally attended the Bay Head Elementary School and went on to attend Christian Brothers Academy in nearby Lincroft, NJ. After earning a BA in Science at Rollins College he spent 4 years with a small pharmaceutical consulting company working with large pharma during clinical trials. It was here a passion for computers led to an IT role with multiple agencies in NYC where he spent the next 6 years. His love for the shore won out in 2004 when he returned home from north Jersey and took a role as a sales agent for Diane Turton, Realtors. His skill as an award-winning agent coupled with local knowledge, technology skills, and leadership experience, led to a promotion in 2012 to the manager position of the Bay Head office. Wally holds a broker’s degree and sits on the Monmouth County Assoc of Realtors manager’s board. He is active in his community volunteering his time with the Bay Head School Foundation, Bay Head Business Assoc, annual Shark Run 5k, and various town and BHS endeavors. He is a specialist in luxury, beach front, and waterfront real estate.
