Walter was an amazing Realtor and helped us find our first home! The entire home buying process was very easy thanks to Walter and I will definitely be referring friends and family to him in the future.

Without Walter we wouldn't have known where to start or even what to look for. Walter went above and beyond to find us what we were looking for. Both me and my wife appreciated his honestly during the process and appreciated the endless efforts to show us homes and make time in his day till we found the home for us.

I was most impressed with the communication process. In this world of changing customer service, all my phone calls, questions, any concern were addressed immediately. The mode was person to person and not completely text email. This is major important to those who are not tech savvy. In addition, this agent never left me out of even the most minute decision. This is the office to use for success in mind , spirit and finance .

While I had never met him before I needed his services, Walter was referred to me by a family member who spoke quite enthusiastically of their previous experiences when he was their real estate agent. I am not one who "knows a guy who knows a guy," and I was in a desperate need of someone who could achieve the impossible, so I thought "Why not?" and I gave Walter a call.

Candidly, I had a disaster of an inherited house to sell. Unless you'd seen it in the flesh, I don't think you quite can properly understand just how literal I am when I use the word "disaster;" It is not hyperbole in the least. I told Walter this going in, and I told him how a previous agent had almost literally run away screaming from the home I was trying to sell. Walter was entirely undaunted, and basically just said "Leave it to me, I got this, don't you worry a bit. Don't underestimate me!"

And with that in mind, I let him take over and utilize the processes that his brokerage has at their disposal. To my great relief, we didn't even have to end up using the entire arsenal of tools that Walter had, because he managed to sell the unsellable!

Walter is ever the consummate professional and a true gentleman. I have learned that it's actually quite difficult to find a real estate agent that truly cares first and foremost about his clients; Walter is a prime example of how an agent SHOULD be.

When it comes to Real Estate in Florida, I can FINALLY say "I know a guy," and you know what? He's the best!

We found our dream waterfront home! And I wish I could give 10 stars!! Walt did a fantastic job. From the showing, to the closing, and even after, he was there. During the entire (stressful) buying process, he provided stellar care. We get to sit on our dock or take the boat out whenever we want all because of him. Really top-notch professional. 10/10 would recommend! Although beware- he will try and steal your mangoes 🤣
