Walther was referred to us initially over 3 years ago when we bought our first home, and with the help of his references and team we we were able to close in a timely manner. We of course used him again for our second home purchase even though we were looking to buy almost 2 hrs away from where we were originally from he willingly took the challenge of helping us sell and purchase all at the same time. He’s awesome and would recommend to anyone :)

To say that Walther J Villacorta of Northlake Realtors, is an amazing professional, extremely knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate, patient, human being- would be truly an understatement! Because of Walther, my first experience (or lack thereof) in selling my family home was very pleasant and more seamless than anyone could possibly imagine! Not only was I a first time seller, but I also live on the East coast; miles away from the home in the Midwest. I hadn’t seen my childhood home in over 15+ years. A home that needed some "caring for" and still stored much of my parents (now both deceased) “stuff” that was accumulated over many, many years. A home that was also being occupied by a tenant that had a lease not due to expire until the end of this year. Even knowing how complicated and unique my situation was, Walther still agreed to be my realtor and he really took his time to explain every step with care and thoughtfulness. Walther sold this home as if it were his own! He worked closely with my tenant and with much respect. When I needed a painter, a real estate lawyer and a landscaper, he was there to provide some of the best, quick and cost efficient referrals. He definitely has a network of professionals/friends that are very much like himself- kind, patient, easy to work with, eager to help, efficient and compassionate! Towards the end of the negotiating period with the buyer, I wanted to give in and settle. I didn't think I had anymore room to negotiate with the buyer. Walther didn't give up and he didn't allow me too either. He coached and taught me that there’s always more room and ways to negotiate! On the day of the closing, Walther called to congratulate me on the sell, when in reality it was me that needed to THANK HIM! Part of me feels he called knowing how bittersweet the day would be for me. I am beyond happy with the results and beyond grateful to Walther and Northlake Realtors. Although I have only spoken to Walther on the phone and never physically met him, I do and always will consider him my trusted friend.

Walther was recommended by a friend. Searching for our home was a long process, but with the help of Walther we were finally able to purchase our home. In comparison to the first realtor we used, Walther’s attitude was more personable and genuine.

Outstanding realtor, he made sure we always felt like we were looking at home we would really like based on our initial conversations.

I always felt he had our best interest and was extremely patient. We had a lot of back and forth that led to changing our mind in which direction we were trying to go.

He was always very flexible with our schedules and definitely worked around what worked for us which was nice and not something many realtors do today.

Walther helped my wife and I find our very first home. He was very accommodating. He helped give us tips on what to look for when looking at houses and warning signs. He is very professional and hard working and dedicated. I bought my house in 2017 and to this day he still reaches out to see if he can help with anything or if I have any question about anything. My family i thank him for all the help he has given us.
