In buying or selling a home, clients need a great deal of guidance and reassurance. I serve each client with empathy, honesty, integrity, and professionalism. The results are lifetime relationships that continue to grow long after the real estate transaction has closed.
I am a graduate of the University of Kentucky and owned and operated a real estate
company in Tampa, FL for many years. I have owned and operated a retail decorating
store in Lexington before moving to Miami as an IBM Marketing Rep. I came to Tampa
after losing everything to Hurricane Andrew. The following year, I was caught in the huge IBM layoff. Once I began real estate, I found my true calling.
In addition to a B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky, I hold the designation in the real estate arena: GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), and a real estate broker's license. I owned a real estate company in Tampa for many years, until moving to Sun City Center, where I joined Keller Williams Realty. I’ve been in Real Estate for 19 years.
I am a Realtor who makes your home buying or selling experience pleasurable. My
friendly, hard-working attitude has proven to take the stress away from my clients. In
addition, my entrepreneurial mindset keeps the process timely and on track by focusing on every detail. I help you through the pricing of a home to sell or finding that perfect home to purchase, the mortgage qualifying process, negotiations of an offer, numerous inspections and finally the closing.
