About Wanda

I have lived in the Odenton/Gambrills, Maryland area my whole life. I have been an active part of the community for over 30 years. I was very active in the Gambrills Odenton Recreation Council serving as coordinator for spring parades, sports registration, team parent, and fundraising chair. I also donated my time to collecting for the food pantry for Anne Arundel County and raising money to get gifts to children in need at Christmas time. I volunteered for my son’s boy scout & my daughter’s girl scout troop. Additionally, I served on the Chaplegate security patrol and served on the board coordinating fundraisers and community events.
I have been a licensed daycare provider in the Odenton/Gambrills area for over 30 years, and have provided care to children that have brought their children to me to care for as well. I have also been a part of my husband’s home improvement company, helping with project coordinating and management. This is where I developed a passion for turning something old & dated into something new and modern. Additionally, I have developed an eye for the latest trends and styles, this has come in handy with helping my husband and brother as they acquire distressed properties and rehabbing them into a new home for first time home buyers, and/or buyers looking to upsize or downsize.
As part of my new passion, I made a personal commitment to expand on my knowledge and training. I enrolled in classes at Anne Arundel Community College, and became a licensed real estate agent. Ed White of Re/Max Executive, allowed me to become a part of his team. I’ve known Ed for over 26 years. Consequently, Ed sold me my first home in 1992. We have been friends and associates in the community for many years. With my love of community, and passion for helping people, and Ed’s years of experience behind me, I believe there is nobody I cannot help.
