As a first-time homebuyer, my fiance and I were very apprehensive about choosing the right real estate agent as well as buying a home. From this first time I contacted Breona, her prompt responses as well as knowledge and insight about the field showed us that she was going to be the right person for us. Knowing little to nothing about the home buying process, Breona was with us every step of the way to fully explain everything and make sure that we had a full understanding of the process. Trying to buy in a seller’s market can be hard but we could tell that Breona was truly on our side and fighting for us every step of the negotiation process. She was so easy to talk to and seemed to know exactly what we wanted. Buying a home can be stressful for anyone, but Breona was always so responsive and able to put our minds at ease. You can tell that Breona truly cares about all her clients and is passionate about her field of work. We are so extremely happy to be in our new home and couldn’t be more thankful for all the hard work and dedication that Breona put in. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience I had with Breona and her team at Menees Realty Group. I had a few bad experiences with other agents prior to working with her. Breona was the first to really listen to me, find out exactly what kind of house I was looking for and where, and anytime a home came on the market that matched my criteria, made sure I knew about it immediately. I’ve been working 6 days a week the last 10 months and Sundays were the only time I had available to visit listings. Breona always found time out of her day to show me houses. Breona has been there every step of the way. She has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected. I truly feel she only wants what’s best for her clients. I don’t think the whole process could of went any smoother honestly. I am happy to say I am in my first home now, thanks to Breona’s efforts and I'm very grateful. I highly recommend Breona to anyone who wants a realtor who takes them seriously, cares that you, the client, gets exactly the home you are looking for rather than quickly trying to "sell" you for a commission and move on. My wife, daughter and I were moving to Bremerton from Japan with COVID-19 making the international move even more difficult. Because we were 5,000 miles away and had no family or friends in the area, we were counting on Breona to be our eyes, ears, nose and quality check as we searched for homes over FaceTime. She was VERY honest with us as we were viewing homes. Even when it was apparent that we liked how a home looked from its photos, she gave us the unvarnished truth about what it was like up close. She gave us excellent advice on neighborhoods and property values, and helped us understand the area so that we could make the right decision for our family. In the end, we found a home we love, and is exactly what we were looking for. Put simply, you can trust Breona and her team. And in real estate, that is a real asset.

Met Wanda when she was representing seller of some land my wife and I were interested in. She agreed to show it to us on fairly short notice, was right on time, and was very knowledgeable and informative regarding a fairly niche property. We ultimately made an offer and used Wanda as a dual agent, and she did a very nice job throughout, was quite organized, kept us in the loop, good communication, etc. Would highly recommend.

I was blown away by their attention to detail and management of the transaction for their seller. The Menees team is one of the largest real estate teams in Kitsap county and you can certainly see the difference in service they offer. CeAnn is THE BEST there is! We started our home selling/buying process back in June of 2017. After a couple months, we decided to take our home off the market to get ready for a new baby. CeAnn was patient and understanding throughout the entire process. Fast forward to March 2018 and we were finally ready to relist our home and search for our forever home. CeAnn came by to give us an idea of what we could list our home for. It went on the market and we promptly got multiple offers over asking price! She sat down with us while we went over each offer so she could explain the best option for our family. Next step was finding our dream home. We found the perfect little house for our family and CeAnn was with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we needed and the process went smoothly. Never once did we feel pressured to get a home over our budget, we never felt like we were left with questions unanswered. We started this whole process almost a year ago with a realtor and we're ending the process with someone we truly consider a family friend. We wouldn't recommend anyone else!

Maria Hughes and the rest of the Menees team were extremely helpful guiding us through our first home purchase! From our first email sent to the team to receiving the keys to our home they were responsive and fought for our interests. Leading up to our visit to the area Maria was extremely helpful setting us up on MLS with possible listings and did a great job helping us narrow down our search to a handful of homes to see in person. Once in the area she had a well organized plan to show us homes we had shown interest in. She deftly walked the line between being available to answer questions and letting us see houses at our own pace, which was much appreciated. Her pulse on the local market allowed us to quickly get our offer accepted and begin with the purchase process. Throughout the closing I always felt that she was fighting for our best interests, something which was greatly appreciated during our long distance purchase.
