We recently sold our house in Hampton with Wanda's help and we are so glad we called her! She is the most hardworking agent we have EVER done business with. We had two agents prior to Wanda who each had a 6 mos contract with us, and they were unable to sell our house. With Wanda's help we had 2 offers within the 2nd week!! This agent is so AMAZING! I chose to work with Wanda because I was tired of working with realtors that did not respond in a timely manner to some of the questions I had concerning homes I saw on the market. Once I met with Wanda, and I saw how prompt she was returning my emails and calls I began to have a little hope that she would be a better realtor than others. Then, when I reached out to her to set up times to tour a home, she met my expectations with that as well. Any questions that you may have concerning your home loan, she is good with communication to ensure the financial part of buying the home is going well. Everything from beginning to end was phenomenal. I would recommend her to all of my friends. She was awesome! I can't thank her enough for being patient, and I'm enjoying my current home she helped me get at this very moment.

Wanda was recommended to me by my sister in law. I was hesitant to get an agent, my plan was to sell by owner. I was not sure I could find someone who would be as proactive in getting my home sold as I would be. Wanda hit the ground running and did not stop until the house was sold. It sold very quickly and very close to my asking price. She was friendly, outgoing and kept me up to date with things she was doing to get the house sold. My home sold fast and the closing went smoothly.

I just recently bought a home after spending months upon months looking and through all of hang ups and dead ends Wanda Stevens was right there with me. What makes that fact so important is how she was there, it wasn't as someone who was simply out to sell any old house like most of the pushy people in sales that are everywhere you turn, but as a capable friend who only wanted whats in your best interest. Without exaggerating Wanda Stevens is the best choice bar none when looking for someplace important, I have tried to word this comment a few different ways but this is really the only way to gets the point across properly, hope it helps.
