Five years ago, my husband and I came to visit a friend at Lake Sinclair—and we were instantly hooked. We saw so much untapped potential here that we made the bold decision to build a lake home for ourselves. At the time, we didn’t have any ties to the area. No family, no connections—just a gut feeling that this was where we were meant to be.
After building our personal home, we realized we wanted to do more. With my husband’s 40+ years of experience in construction and my real estate license (which I’ve held since 2005, even while working in the corporate world for 20 years), we decided to start building and selling lake homes. Since then, we’ve built six beautiful homes and are currently working on our seventh.
I may be a “newbie” to the area, but that’s exactly what makes me a great resource for others who are new, too. I understand what it feels like to move somewhere with no connections and start fresh—and I’d love to help make that transition easier for you.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me bird watching, gardening, enjoying boat rides, or just being a good neighbor. (And if there’s a trial on TV, chances are I’m watching—it’s a little obsession of mine!)
