Working with Ward Nipper as my broker has been incredible. I live overseas right now and am selling my residence in Chicago and need to buy another on a quick schedule. I flew into town and Ward had an afternoon planned with several great places that fit what I was looking for. One was perfect for me and beyond my expectations. Ward was able to immediately put in an offer and manage some bumps along the way from the seller. At each point where a decision was needed, I went with exactly what Ward recommended. I now have my dream place in Chicago for when I visit and eventually move back and at a great price.

Ward helped us find our wonderful first home in Chicago. He carefully considered our requested specifications and showed us five homes that met all of our particular needs, all within our price range - and all in one day. He made every contact with the listing agents, which made the whole process very easy for us, and he even made sure to ask important questions about aspects of the properties that we may have overlooked. In addition to all of this, Ward helped us to feel at home during our first days in the city by answering any questions we had about living here. Ward will be our go-to broker if/when we are ready for a move to a new Chicago home going forward, and we absolutely recommend his services to you.

Ward sold a 2 flat for me and made the process so easy, which isn't always the case when scheduling showings with 2 different renters. He had answers to all of my questions and "held my hand" through the entire process. Selling a property is new to me so it was nice to have someone in my corner, looking out for my needs! I would definitely use Ward again, whether buying or selling a property!
