Warren Bernard

Involved in real estate for over a decade, Warren Bernard brings his experience and enthusiasm to CORE as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. From serving as board president of a 58 unit co-op in Brooklyn to being a landlord and commercial real estate investor, Warren has practical working knowledge of real estate.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Warren was a graduate professor at Pratt in communication design for 10 years and an owner of a graphic design business. From these roles, he became an expert at working with clients to achieve their personal goals and developed the tenacity to work through the details to see a project to the end.

A New York City resident for over 20 years, Warren currently resides in Crown Heights with his family. He holds a B.A. from Hampton University in Psychology and a M.S. in Communication Design from Pratt Institute.
