Warren grew up in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains and considers himself spoiled by them. He tried to leave once and felt homesick from missing the scenery and peacefulness. All of this makes Warren enjoy his niche of real estate even more than he imagined. Now he gets to sell that serene feeling people get when they reside next to a body of water, not to mention it makes for an excellent home-office view.
