About Wayne &

Both raised in Calvert County and graduates of Northern High Class of '88, Wayne and Christine were married in 1994 and bought their first home in Chesapeake Beach where they raised their family. They currently reside in Leonardtown in St. Mary's County, Maryland. Wayne is a US Army Veteran and former owner/operator of a family business in Calvert County. In 2000, Wayne found his calling, became a REALTOR, and created his own business, Floyd Real Estate, LLC. Christine was a Calvert County Public School teacher and transitioned to a homeschool mom before joining Wayne in Real Estate in 2013. Over the years, they have been blessed with Seven beautiful grandchildren, and we enjoy time with friends, family, and camping with our golden retriever's Asher and Finley.

Wayne sold our previous home, and was our agent for the purchase of our current home. He had a sales contract on our previous home in less than a week, which led to a full asking price sale. He also helped negotiate the purchase of our current home for $20,000 less than the aksing price. All of this took place just as the housing market was beginning its downturn. I'd gladly reccomend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We originally met Wayne through our church, and we're glad we did. He is a consummate professional and impressed us with his thoroughness and market awareness when we were selling. We needed to sell a home in 2008 as the market was declining. Wayne showed us what comparable houses were asking (and selling for), but he also provided us with his insights as to where the market was heading. With Wayne's guidance, we were able to move quickly and get the best price possible. We would (and have) recommended Wayne to friends and family. You won't find better.
